·         Please let Leaders know if you are joining the walk/event.  If a walk/event has to be cancelled or amended, we can then let you know.

·         Check the various dates and start times for all walks and arrive 15 minutes before a walk is due to commence.  It is important that we leave on time especially on walks where we meet to share transport and walks when we need to arrive back at the cars before dark!   If in doubt about any of the walks please telephone the walk leader beforehand.

·         Regretfully, we do not allow dogs on our walks.

·         This is a non-profit making club and we hope that everyone will help make future programmes varied and interesting by putting on either a walk or social/pub event.

·         Subscriptions start again from April 2015. The cost will be (to be decided) for a year’s subscription or £ per 6 month programme anytime during the year if joining the group later.  If you would like to join us either on the walks or at social events, please pay Jean.  We regret we are unable to accept cheques.

·         Funds may also be used to subsidise events as well as producing the programme etc.  Still very good value if you compare our annual subscription to many other groups.
